It is not often we have a 63 kilo wild Scottish Halibut land on our doorstep but yesterday we took delivery of this huge fish.
Caught in the North Atlantic in Scottish waters and landed at Peterhead fishmarket, by the scapster seafood company this Halibut is now filleted into superb loins ready to be ordered.
The boat that landed it was the Sudringon.
